LICENSED AND EXPERIENCED
As our lead licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), our Director, Benjamin Martin, is a member in good standing with The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), membership number R532015. With over 15 years of experience living, studying and working in the Middle East, India, USA and Canada, Benjamin brings his experience from around the world while making decisions that will impact your life. Every individual receives customized guidance and is personally handled with utmost care and confidentiality. All our associates are well trained, experienced and licensed members.
ICCRC is the national regulatory body that promotes and protects the public interest by overseeing regulated immigration consultants. ICCRC’s federal mandate requires Canadian immigration consultants to be a member in good standing of ICCRC.
REGULATED BY CANADIAN LAW
To ensure quality and ethical services, licensed members are required by law to:
- Maintain a client account that protects the money you will invest in your future
- Complete at least 16 hours of Professional Development education each year
- Complete mandatory Practice Management Education courses
- Participate in a Compliance Audit annually
- Maintain a professional errors and omissions (E&O) insurance
